Joe Bridgeford, President of Ultrafab, Inc. and Y. Ohara, President of both Tsuchiya Company, Ltd. and its affiliate, Tsuchiya TSCO Company, Ltd., jointly announced today a stocking distribution agreement between the two companies. Under the agreement, Ultrafab will stock, sell and distribute Tsuchiya TSCO’s line of specialty seals and brushes primarily used in OEM business equipment and related products to accounts based in North America. Tsuchiya TSCO will stock, sell and distribute Ultrafab’s ultrasonically welded specialty products in Japan and Eastern Asia. Ultrasonically assembled products are used in a wide range of industries, including OEM business equipment market.

Ultrafab, based in Farmington, New York, is a market leader in window and door seals in North America and also manufactures unique brush products for OEM use. Tsuchiya TSCO is part of the Tsuchiya Group headquartered in Nagoya, Japan with offices and manufacturing facilities around the world is also the leading manufacturer of specified seals for brushes supplied to OEM business equipment for many years. The newly formed, long-term alliance will result in both companies having the ability to create or provide cooperatively additional products and technology to solve even the most demanding OEM application needs that would be encountered in the world market beyond the territories currently served.
